"I need that yesterday"

You might be surprised by how many people contact us with urgent projects that have been gathering dust on their to-do lists for months before we see them.

We don’t judge. It’s our job to find the best way forward and to deliver what is needed, no matter how tight the deadline. A recent job illustrates this perfectly.

With less than one week’s notice, we had to produce seven double-sided handouts for a series of public meetings on a high-profile energy project. The request came after the agency originally tasked with the job had struggled to understand the material and address the brief. We were already fully booked with demanding jobs and did not have a spare writer to devote exclusively to the project.

But we found a way: we divided the work between several writers and our quality control team ensured consistency across the materials. We delivered ahead of the deadline. “Can I say how impressed I am with the speed and the quality of the writing” was the customer’s feedback.
